Welding inspection during welding:
- Monitoring compliance with standards, procedures and specifications
- Detection of any deviations from standard specifications as early as possible in the manufacturing process
- Correct materials and filler materials, weld joint preparation and tack welding
- Welding process data during welding
- The completed welding work
- Heat treatment and non-destructive testing
Welding inspection after weld completion
- Review of the welding work performed
- Review and verification of the final documentation
- Recording of deviations according to the quality plan
- Accurate and timely reporting
